1) After you've downloaded the file, place the file *.ptf into the PSP/THEME/ folder and select theme from XMB->Settings->Themes
(Some of the files are in zip/rar format, please unzip the file before putting into PSP folder)

2) Download Only theme file directly from your PSP internet browser.
